Such tools will serve as the baseline reference to determine “as is” situation of the Coachee before the start of the engagement and facilitate in fixing the Goals in alignment with the individual’s current situation. This will ensure that there is no loss of time in determining the way forward once the Coaching engagement starts....
In alignment with the needs of the industry & various organizations, Potter’s Wheel has developed six Coaching contexts that cover diverse organizational situations which would warrant the need to accelerate individual’s effort towards achieving their goals within a time frame through a Coaching engagement. Potter’s wheel opines that an engagement for 12 to 18 month is the ideally suited timeframe to get the best results from a Coaching engagement however individual situations may warrant shorter timelines suiting their specific needs.
